Avocado Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 cup chilled milk

  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

  • 3-4 tbsp sugar (or more,depending on your taste)

  • 1/2 -1 tsp vanilla essence (or 2 scoop of vanilla ice cream)

Directions

  • Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
  • Blend this with crushed ice, sugar and vanilla essence to a smooth paste.
  • Then add chilled milk into it and blend it for a minute.
