My brother Sabi’s favourite.
9-10 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tsp cardamon powder
ghee for greasing the pan
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, sugar and cardamon powder on high speed for about 10-15 minutes.
- Then add plain flour into it and mix together without any lumps.
- Grease a deep bottomed non stick pan with ghee, pour the mixture, cover and cook in low flame for about 15-20 minutes or when the knife or fork inserted in the center comes out clean. Switch off the flame.
- Heat another frying pan,grease with little ghee and turn the cake upside down into this pan and cook for another 5 minutes. Cut and serve with tea.
