1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup tinned corn
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Cut each cherry tomatoes into two pieces and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add chopped cucumber, corn, coriander leaves, pepper powder, sugar, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, olive oil and salt and mix well.
- Transfer to a plate and serve………
