Kaiveeshal Appam

Ingredients:

3 large eggs
3/4- 1 cup maida / plain flour
6-7 tbsp sugar (add to your taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of salt
oil

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well using a whisk. Add sugar, cardamom powder and salt to this and mix well.
  2. Then add maida slowly to this till you get the flowing consistency,not too thin or too thick.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Take a coconut shell with a hole or a funnel. Add the prepared batter to  this by closing the hole with one finger.
  5. Bring it over the pan of the hot oil,remove the finger and pour it in circular motion.
  6. Fry both sides till done. Serve hot…
