Ingredients:
3 large eggs
3/4- 1 cup maida / plain flour
6-7 tbsp sugar (add to your taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of salt
oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well using a whisk. Add sugar, cardamom powder and salt to this and mix well.
- Then add maida slowly to this till you get the flowing consistency,not too thin or too thick.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take a coconut shell with a hole or a funnel. Add the prepared batter to this by closing the hole with one finger.
- Bring it over the pan of the hot oil,remove the finger and pour it in circular motion.
- Fry both sides till done. Serve hot…
