1 small cucumber
1/2- 3/4 cup cabbage
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp cream or milk powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
pepper powder to taste
- Chop cabbage, cucumber, tomato and capsicum into thin slices and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add yoghurt, honey, cream, tomato sauce, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt and mix together.
- Add this prepared mixture to the chopped vegetables and mix well.
- Keep it in the fridge and serve cold…….
