Pomegranate Raita

Ingredients:


1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup yoghurt
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, add pomegranate seeds, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and mix together.
  2. Add yoghurt and salt to this and stir well. Garnish with few pomegranate seeds and serve….
