1 sweet potato, sliced
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of cumin powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
- Peel and cut sweet potato into thin round slices.
- In a bowl, add gram flour, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and make a batter of medium consistency by adding enough water. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip the sweet potato slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown on both sides…Serve hot…
