Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour/ maida
1 large egg or 2 small eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup butter milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
melted butter for greasing
maple syrup
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add all purpose flour, egg, baking powder, baking soda, butter milk, oil, sugar and salt and mix well without any lumps. Keep it aside for half an hour.
- Heat a non stick frying pan over medium  heat and grease lightly with butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan using a small ladle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bottom of the pancake is brown and bubbles form on the surface. Turn over and cook for further of 1-2 minutes…Â Make pancakes of desired shape..
- Repeat the same with the remaining batter. Serve hot with maple syrup…
