Sesame Seed Poori/ Puri

Ingredients:

2 cups plain flour/ maida
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp ghee
1 egg
salt
oil for frying


Preparation:

  1. Wash the sesame seeds and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, add plain flour, ghee, egg, sesame seeds, salt and knead well to a dough adding enough water.
  3. Divide the prepared dough into small balls and roll it into small poori’s.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the poori’s on both sides till light golden brown. Serve hot with any curry….
