2 cups watermelon, seeds removed and cubed
1 tbsp lime juice
1 big mango, peeled and cubed
4-5 tbsp sugar (adjust according to taste)
- In a blender, add the cubed watermelon, lime juice and required sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Fill popsicle moulds halfway with watermelon mixture and freeze it for 1 hour.
- Place cubed mango and sugar in a blender and puree it adding little water until smooth.
- Pour this mango mixture over the watermelon mixture and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight…Remove from moulds, serve and enjoy…
