1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 cup cold water
1 1/2-2 tbsp lemon juice
4-5 tbsp sugar (adjust to your taste)
- In a blender, add the chopped cucumber, lemon juice, sugar and water and blend well until smooth.
- Pour this into popsicle mould and freeze it for 5-6 hours or overnight..
- To release the popsicles, run the mould under the warm water for 20-30 seconds..Serve it immediately..
