Ingredients:
1 cup spring onions, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
salt
oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chopped spring onions, carrot, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, grated coconut and salt and mix well.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves and vegetable-coconut mixture (step 1) and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low flame till done, stirring occasionally. Remove from flame and serve with rice….
Though I have tried only cabbage thoran, this too looks delicious
healthy one!
