Ingredients:
2 cup ripe papaya , chopped
2 1/2-3 cup chilled milk
2-3 tbsp sugar
Preparation:
- Peel and chop the papaya into pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped papaya and blend for a minute adding little milk.
- Then add remaining milk and sugar and blend until smooth.
