Ingredients:
1/2 kg squids
3-4 onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup thenga kothu/ coconut slices
4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
few curry leaves
coriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
oil as required
Preparation:
- Clean the squids and cut it into small pieces. Cook it adding 2 tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked squids and keep it aside.
- In the same oil, add the chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, coconut slices and curry leaves and saute well.
- Add remaining 2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder and salt and mix well till the raw smell goes.
- Then add fried squid and chopped coriander leaves and stir well for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
- Remove from flame and serve hot…
