2 cup boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup apple, cubed
1/2 cup cucumber, cubed
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 – 1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
few coriander leaves, chopped
- Cook chicken pieces with little pepper powder and salt adding water.
- In a bowl, add the cooked chicken cubes, chopped apple, cucumber, cashew nuts, little pepper powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Then add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Keep refrigerated till ready to serve…Garnish with coriander leaves and serve…
