Avocado Dates Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 big ripe avocado
10 dates
2 cups chilled milk
sugar as required

Preparation:

  1. Soak dates in 1/2 cup of milk for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
  3. In a blender, add avocado flesh, soaked dates and sugar and blend well until smooth adding little milk.
  4. Then add the remaining milk and blend again.
  5. Pour into serving glasses and serve…..
