Ingredients:
1 big ripe avocado
10 dates
2 cups chilled milk
sugar as required
Preparation:
- Soak dates in 1/2 cup of milk for 15 minutes.
- Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flesh.
- In a blender, add avocado flesh, soaked dates and sugar and blend well until smooth adding little milk.
- Then add the remaining milk and blend again.
