Ingredients:
1 pear, peeled and chopped into pieces
4-5 ripe fresh figs
2 cups of chilled milk
2-3 tbsp sugar or as required
Preparation:
- Remove the skin of fresh figs and cut each into pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped pear, figs, chilled milk and sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Pour the prepared milkshake into serving glasses and serve….
