Ingredients:
250 gm / 1 cup cleaned clams / kakka/ elambakka
1 1/2-2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
few curry leaves
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Marinate the cleaned clams with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat little oil in a pan and fry the marinated clams on medium heat along with some curry leaves…Serve hot with rice..
