Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
4-5 tbsp sugar ( or as required)
Preparation:
- In a blender, add the chopped strawberries, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice , enough sugar and 1-2 tbsp water and blend well until smooth.
- Fill popsicle moulds halfway with this strawberry puree and freeze it for 1 hour.
- Puree the blueberries adding 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, enough sugar and 1-2 tbsp water in a blender until very smooth.
- Then pour this blueberry puree evenly over the strawberry layer and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight…Remove from moulds, serve and enjoy…
- Can also prepare without adding lemon juice….
