Ingredients:
2 persimmons
1 1/2 cups chilled milk
3-4 tbsp sugar or as required
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Preparation:
- Peel and chop persimmons into pieces.
- In a blender, add chopped persimmons, milk, vanilla essence and sugar and blend well until smooth and creamy.
