Persimmon Milkshake

Ingredients:

2 persimmons
1 1/2 cups chilled milk

3-4 tbsp sugar or as required
2-3 drops of vanilla essence

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop persimmons into pieces. 
  2. In a blender, add chopped persimmons, milk, vanilla essence and sugar and blend well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and serve….
