Ingredients:
1 big persimmon
1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 cups of chilled milk
4-5 tbsp sugar or as required
Preparation:
- Peel and chop persimmon into pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped persimmon, banana, chilled milk and sugar and blend well until smooth and creamy.
