Mango Salsa


1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup red capsicum, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tomato, deseeded and chopped
3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp sugar
salt to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine together cubed mangoes, chopped capsicum, onion and tomato.
  2. To this add chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, olive oil,crushed black pepper, red chilli flakes, sugar and salt and combine evenly and serve…
