Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup red capsicum, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tomato, deseeded and chopped
3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp sugar
salt to taste
