Rose Sarbath


2 cups chilled milk
1 cup cold milk
2 tbsp rose syrup
2-3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp basil seeds/ sabja seeds/ kaskas


  1. Soak the basil seeds in 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a blender, add milk, rose syrup and sugar and blend well.
  3. Transfer it into a jug/ bowl and add the soaked basil seeds and stir well.
