Ingredients:
2 chicken sausages
3 tbsp cornflour
a pinch of salt
bread crumbs, as required
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cut the sausages into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix cornflour with little water and a pinch of salt to make a batter.
- Dip the sausage cubes in cornflour batter and then coat in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve hot..
