Mini Appam / Vellayappam

Ingredients:

appam / vellayappam batter , as required

Preparation:

  1. Heat a non stick appachatti / paniyaram pan and pour little appam batter in each hole.
  2. Swirl/ rotate the pan in a circular manner just like appam pan.
        3. Cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the appam is cooked well and the edges start turning brown.
        4. Remove the appams from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Serve with any curry of your choice…
