Sharjah Shake

Ingredients:

2 cups chilled / frozen milk
2 small / 1 large ripe bananas
2 tbsp horlicks
1-2 tsp sugar, or to taste
5-6 cashew nuts

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add the milk, banana, horlicks, sugar and cashew nuts and blend well till smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately…
  • Instead of horlicks, you can also use boost / bournvita / or any chocolate drink powder…
