Mango Salad

Ingredients:

2 big mangoes
1 cup lettuce , chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste
1/4-1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. Peel and chop mangoes into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add mangoes, lettuce, mint leaves and cucumber and combine well.
  3. In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt.
  4. When ready to serve, mix salad dressing with mango mixture. Transfer to a plate and then serve…
