1 cup grated coconut
3 dry red chillies
2-3 curry leaves
salt to taste
- Peel and chop the green mango into pieces and keep it aside.
- In a blender, add the chopped mango, grated coconut, dry red chillies, shallots, curry leaves and salt and grind together into a coarse paste adding about 1-2 tbsp water.
