Ingredients:
1 cup elaneer / karikku / tender coconut flesh
1 cup tender coconut water
sugar, as required
5-6 ice cubes
1-1 1/2 cup chilled soda
Preparation:
- In a blender, add the chopped tender coconut flesh , tender coconut water and sugar and blend well until smooth.
- Add ice cubes into this and blend again.
- Transfer prepared juice into a serving jug and then add chilled soda.
