Ingredients:
300 gm mushrooms
1 big onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tomato, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
2 dry red chillies
salt to taste
2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
- Clean and cut each mushroom into 4 pieces and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dry red chillies.
- Add chopped onions into this and fry till transparent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato and cook until soft and mashed well.
- Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cumin powder and mix well till the raw smell goes.
- Add in the mushrooms and salt, mix well and cook on medium flame till all the water gets absorbed and the mushrooms are cooked and becomes dry.
