1 cup thick cream, chilled
2-3 tbsp rose syrup
cold milk ( 400 ml or as required )
condensed milk, as required
- In a mixing bowl, add cream and rose syrup and whip well using an electric beater until light, fluffy and soft peaks are formed.
- In a jug / bowl, pour cold milk and add condensed milk as required and mix well.
- Take 2 serving glasses and pour 3/4 of milk mixture and then top with whipped rose cream…..Mix well and enjoy..
