Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon, chopped into cubes
1 cup tender coconut water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar (add to your taste)
1/4 cup tender coconut pieces
few ice cubes
Preparation:
- In a blender, add chopped watermelon, lemon juice,mint leaves and sugar and blend it well adding tender coconut water.
- Strain it and pour in serving glasses and top with tender coconut pieces and ice cubes.. Serve chilled…
