1/2 of 1 beetroot, peeled and chopped
small piece ginger, chopped
3 green chillies
6 curry leaves
3 mint leaves
1 cup grated coconut
2 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
- In a blender, add the chopped beetroot, shallots, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and mint leaves and crush together.
- Then add grated coconut, salt and vinegar and blend again adding about 1 tbsp of water.
- Transfer into a bowl and garnish with mint leaves..Serve as a side dish with biriyani…
