20 chakkakuru / jackfruit seeds
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
coconut oil, for frying
- Remove the white outer skin of jackfruit seeds and cut each into thin slices.
- Then marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated jackfruit seeds and fry at low flame stirring in between till it gets cooked and turns little crispy..
- Remove from the pan and serve hot…
