Ingredients:
3/4 cup beans, finely chopped
3/4 cup carrot, finely chopped
1/4 cup cabbage, finely chopped
3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger, finely choppe
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
oil, as required
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add finely chopped beans, carrot, cabbage, onion, green chilli, ginger and salt and mix well with hand.
- Add plain flour , kashmiri chilli powder and garam masala to this and mix well.
- Add 3-5 tbsp hot oil to this and mix well with spoon. Then mix well with hand to a dough. Don’t add water.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop little batter using spoon or hand into hot oil and fry till crisp and golden brown on medium flame.. Remove from flame and serve hot…
