Green Apple Chammanthi

Ingredients:

1 green apple
1/2 cup grated coconut
2-3 green chillies
2 shallots
2-3 curry leaves
salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, add the chopped apple, grated coconut, green chillies, shallots, curry leaves and salt and grind well without adding water.
