Ingredients:
1 cup dried prawns/ unakka chemmeen
1 cup grated coconut
big gooseberry sized tamarind
1-2 green chillies
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Heat a pan and add the cleaned dried prawns and roast at low-medium flame till colour changes and turns crispy. Remove from the flame.
- In a bowl, add grated coconut, tamarind, green chilli and salt and crush everything together with your hand.
