Ingredients:
appam batter, as required ( 1 ladle for one appam)
1 egg, for each appam
pepper, to taste
salt to taste
Preparation:
- Heat an appachatti (appam pan / kadai) on medium flame and grease it with little oil.
- Pour a ladle of appam batter to the pan and rotate the pan in a circular manner.
- Break an egg and pour it to the center of the appam.
- Sprinkle pepper and salt and cook covered till the appam and the egg is cooked and the edges start turning brown.
- Remove the appam from the pan and transfer it to a plate. Serve hot with stew…
