5-6 hog plums / ambazhanga
small piece ginger
1 green chilli
1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
2 small sprig coriander leaves
salt to taste
- Chop the hog plums into pieces.
- In a blender, add the chopped hog plums, green chilli, shallots, ginger, curry leaves and salt and blend well adding 1 cup of water.
- Add coriander leaves and blend it again.
- Strain it and pour into serving glass, garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves and serve as a refreshing drink with ice cubes….
