Avocado Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:

1 big ripe avocado
1 medium banana ( or 2 small bananas)
500 ml chilled milk
honey or sugar, as required
10 almonds
2 tsp chia seeds

Preparation:

  1. Soak almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Once it is cool, remove the skin and keep it aside.
  2. Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside.
  3. Cut the avocado, discard its seed and scoop out the flesh and add it to a blender.
  4. Add chopped banana, almonds, milk and honey and blend well until thick and creamy.
  5. Add soaked chia seeds and blend it again lightly.
  6. Healthy shake is ready…Pour into serving glasses and then serve….
