Sautéed Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 cup chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup carrot, cut into thin slices
1/4 cup cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tsp pepper powder, or as required
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
salt to taste
1- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped chicken pieces and saute well for a minute.
  2. Add pepper powder, salt, garlic powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  3. Add vegetables to this and mix well. Cook it covered for 6-8 minutes.
