Ingredients:
250 g beef
8 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 ” piece ginger, crushed
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp fennel powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp kashmiri chilli flakes
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp vinegar
few curry leaves
3 tbsp cornflour
3-4 green chillies
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
- Cook the beef and then cut into thin strips and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, garam masala, pepper powder, crushed ginger, garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, coconut oil, curry leaves and salt and mix well.
- Add the beef strips and mix well with the marinade and keep it covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Add cornflour to this and mix well. Add green chillies and few curry leaves and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan/ kadai and add the marinated beef one by one into the hot oil and fry them at medium flame in batches till crispy.
