Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup chilled yogurt / curd
2 tbsp sugar or as required
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add the chopped mango and 1 tbsp sugar and blend well to make puree / pulp.
  2. Then add yoghurt , sugar and cardamom powder and blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately…
