Ingredients:
6 quail eggs / kaada mutta
2-3 shallots. thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
3 curry leaves, chopped
2 tbsp tomato, seeds removed and finely chopped
1 tsp milk / water
salt to taste
pepper powder, as required
2 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs in a bowl. Combine it with sliced shallots, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, tomato, milk/ water, salt and pepper powder and whisk well.
- Heat oil in a pan at medium flame and pour the beaten egg mixture and cook for few minutes until set.
- Then flip to the other side and cook for a minute.
- Switch off and serve with rice and other side dishes..
