Duck Egg Omlette


2 duck eggs
8-10 shallots, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
3 curry leaves, chopped
1/4-1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp milk
salt to taste
2 tsp coconut oil


  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Combine it with chopped shallots, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, milk, salt and pepper powder and whisk well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan at medium flame and pour the beaten egg mixture and cook for few minutes until set.
  3. Then flip to the other side and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Switch off and serve with rice and other side dishes..
