Ingredients:
300 gm chicken keema (kheema) / chicken mince
1 large onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp gram flour / kadalamavu
salt to taste
oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chicken keema, chilli powder, red chilli flakes, finely chopped garlic, green chillies, sliced onion, coriander leaves and salt and mix well with hand.
- Add gram flour to this and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, drop little mixture to the oil using hand and fry till it turns golden brown and crisp at medium flame.
- Remove it from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve hot…
