Chicken Keema Pakoda / Minced Chicken Fritters

Ingredients:

300 gm chicken keema (kheema) / chicken mince
1 large onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp gram flour / kadalamavu
salt to taste
oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, add chicken keema, chilli powder, red chilli flakes, finely chopped garlic, green chillies, sliced onion, coriander leaves and salt and mix well with hand.
  2. Add gram flour to this and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, drop little mixture to the oil using hand and fry till it turns golden brown and crisp at medium flame.
  4. Remove it from the oil and drain them on a paper towel….Serve hot…
