Ingredients:
250 gm netholi fish / anchovies, cleaned
1 tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
2 sprigs curry leaves
oil, as required for frying
Preparation:
- In a bowl, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and little water and make a thick paste.
- Add the cleaned fish and curry leaves into this paste and marinate well and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
