Ingredients:
4-5 quail eggs / kaada mutta
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper , as required
1 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Heat a non stick pan over medium – low flame and add oil.
- Gently crack the eggs without breaking the yolk into the pan.
- Cook until the egg whites are fully set.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the eggs.
