2 cups of pomegranate arils (seeds)
1 big passionfruit
2 tbsp sugar ( add to your taste)
mint leaves, for garnishing
- Add the pomegranate seeds in a blender and blend well adding little water. Then using a strainer and a spoon, extract the juice and keep it aside.
- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and blend adding little water. Then strain the juice and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, add the prepared passionfruit juice, pomegranate juice and sugar and mix well.
- In serving glasses, add crushed ice and pour the juice and garnish with mint leaves and serve…
